An Agile enthusiast with over 25 years experience in Lean and Agile practices. I got my start using the TQM model, from there I went deeper; Just in Time manufacturing; Kanban; Lean Software development; Scrum; XP; and Scaled Agile (SAFe).

I have helped organizations of all sizes design, adopt and improve Agile practices.

I currently work for Celerity, a business acceleration consulting firm.
